Instruction The EFDR House of Federation has 132 seats. The House of Federation is composed of represent Articles of nation nationalities and peoples from nation nationalities. The composition of the representative is that for each nation there is one seat and for the nation nationalities that have more than a million has one seat for each million incrementally. The members are either can be represented directly from their regional states councils or elected directly from the peoples. According to the constitution the house make its assembly twice a year and the member do not seat in the home permanently. The house has two standing committees and all regional states president and vice president are members of House of Federation The duties and responsibilities of the House of Federation is stated clearly on the constitution as follows.
